(A part time resident is anyone staying more then a week)
4:30 -8 am - Chores for the rotating grounds head
8am - 8:45am - Morning meditation practice
9:15 am - Morning meeting/ breakfast
1pm - 1:15pm - Afternoon meditation practice
1:15-2pm - optional meditation
8pm - 8:20 - Evening sadhana
8:20 - 9 - Optional evening sit
8am - 8:45am - Morning meditation practice

Exceptions
No formal practice, practice on your own time, from Saturday noon to Monday noon.
